These policies apply to every restaurant, hotel, café and canteen ("Restaurant") that registers on QP Dine, operated by Quantproc ("we"). Ticking "I accept" at registration records your acceptance, with the date, time and network address.
1. Terms of service
- You must give true and complete details: the registered business name, GSTIN (or a declaration that you are not registered under GST) and PAN.
- Food quality and statutory compliance are entirely your responsibility. The quality, safety and hygiene of the food you serve, and every statutory compliance — including your FSSAI licence or registration and the norms of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and its regulations, labelling and allergen information, GST on your bills, and all local licences — rest solely with you, the Restaurant.
- QP Dine is a technology service of Quantproc Private Limited. Quantproc does not prepare, sell or deliver food and is not responsible for its quality or for your compliance. You are responsible for your menu, prices and taxes shown to guests.
- Keep your manager, staff, chef and cashier PINs secret. Anything done with your manager PIN is treated as done by you.
- We may suspend ordering for a Restaurant that gives false details, does not clear its fees on time, receives repeated guest complaints of fraud, or breaks the law.
2. Fees
- Registration is free. Nothing else is free: you pay as you use, in proportion to the revenue you earn. There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription.
- Platform fee: 2% of your revenue through QP Dine — the value of every order you serve, whether the guest paid online, in cash, by UPI at the counter, or at pickup — plus GST at 18%. Cancelled and refunded orders carry no fee.
- Each month's fee is shown live in Management → Payments. You pay it directly to Quantproc Private Limited; the statement for a month is due by the 3rd day of the next month (for example, October's fee is due by 3 November).
- We wait up to three days. If the dues are not cleared by the 3rd, your account becomes overdue and QP Dine services may be blocked until the dues are paid.
3. Payments between you and your guests
- Your guests pay you directly — in cash, by UPI to your own UPI ID, or online through your own Razorpay account. Quantproc never receives, holds or passes on your guests' money.
- The sale is between you and your guest. Quantproc is a technology provider and is not a party to it. Prices, bills, taxes on your bills, refunds and disputes are between you and your guest.
- If you take payment before cooking, an order reaches your kitchen only after your cashier, or your own payment gateway, confirms the payment. You see every payment live in Management → Payments.
- If you connect your own Razorpay account, Razorpay pays you on its own settlement cycle under your agreement with Razorpay. Keep its keys secret.
4. Refunds & cancellations
- Refunds are your responsibility. If you cancel a paid order, give the money back the same way the guest paid. For payments through your own Razorpay account, QP Dine sends the refund through that account for you; cash and counter-UPI refunds are recorded for you to hand back.
- If a guest pays online after their order has expired, the payment is refunded automatically through your Razorpay account.
- Unpaid orders are released after the payment window, and their stock is returned to your menu.
- You agree to share bills and pickup records (QR scan log) with your guest or the authorities when a dispute requires it.
5. Privacy & data protection
- We process guests' mobile numbers, names and orders only to run ordering, pickup alerts and payments, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- You see only your own guests' orders and payments. You must not use guests' numbers for marketing without their consent.
- Your payment-gateway keys are stored encrypted, are never shown on any screen after you save them, and are used only to take payments into your own account.
6. Brand & content
- Your name, logo, colours and web address stay yours. We block new registrations that copy an existing restaurant's name.
- You confirm you have the right to use the name, logo and photos you upload.
7. Changes
We will tell you in Management before these policies change. Continuing to use QP Dine after a change means you accept it. For questions, write to the Quantproc support contact listed on .
